一般的都是由多個(gè)建筑單體模型組合加工而成，想要完成一個(gè)雜亂的建筑模型，制造建筑單體模型是最基本的技術(shù)。每一個(gè)建筑單體的制造構(gòu)成了整個(gè)完好的沙盤(pán)，所以單體建筑模型的制造最為重要，就來(lái)聊一聊建筑單體的制造進(jìn)程都是怎樣的呢?

建筑單體的制造進(jìn)程：

一、建筑模型畫(huà)線(xiàn)：在制造建筑單體時(shí)，首要要將制造的建筑單體平面進(jìn)行分解。分解后將各個(gè)二維平面用拓印法或丈量劃線(xiàn)法描繪在選定的ABS板材上。在畫(huà)線(xiàn)時(shí)，除了要考慮畫(huà)線(xiàn)的準(zhǔn)確度，還要考慮到因?yàn)閷?duì)接形式而引起的板材尺度的變化。

二、建筑模型切開(kāi)：切開(kāi)時(shí)，一般是先劃后切，先內(nèi)后外。先劃后切，即先作廠(chǎng)房立面墻線(xiàn)的劃痕。劃痕是用勾刀來(lái)進(jìn)行勾勒，運(yùn)用勾刀用力要均勻，劃痕深淺要一致。制造時(shí)要充沛考慮到噴色后的作用。在立面墻線(xiàn)制造結(jié)束后，再進(jìn)行開(kāi)窗加工。在上述一系列制造完成后便能夠進(jìn)行立面外形的切開(kāi)。

三、建筑模型組裝：組裝是將制造完的平面組合成三維的建筑單體。在這一階段，要特別注意面與面、邊與邊的平行、垂直聯(lián)系。在進(jìn)行組合時(shí)，要充沛利用直角尺(彎尺)進(jìn)行丈量，保證制造精度。一起，在轉(zhuǎn)角處或平面尺度較大的構(gòu)件內(nèi)部加支撐物，以避免構(gòu)件的體現(xiàn)。在進(jìn)行建筑單體組合時(shí)，應(yīng)結(jié)合后期噴色工序全體考慮。
3. Building model assembly: assembly is the combination of the finished plane into three-dimensional building monomer. 四、建筑模型打磨：在組合成型后，對(duì)接縫處進(jìn)行打磨。第一遍先用板銼打磨。運(yùn)用銼刀時(shí)要注意視點(diǎn)，避免接縫開(kāi)膠。第二遍可用什錦銼或砂紙打磨。

五、建筑模型全體修整：在全部建筑單體組裝結(jié)束后，逐一進(jìn)行全體修整。首要，修整轉(zhuǎn)角處接縫。即用細(xì)銼刀打磨轉(zhuǎn)角及各接口處，修至接縫平滑、無(wú)凹凸感。其次，用細(xì)砂紙修整打磨平面，使其符合噴色要求。

六、建筑模型噴色：建筑單體模型噴色可采用素色噴色法進(jìn)行色彩處理。重疊噴色法即用同色相不同透明度的自噴漆進(jìn)行交叉噴色，使建筑單體呈現(xiàn)出色彩深淺不一的點(diǎn)狀作用。這種方法較難掌握，但是視覺(jué)作用很好。
